Return Policy

Handmade Product Characteristics

All our products are handmade and crafted using traditional Indian fabrics. Please note:
▸ Uniqueness of Fabric Patterns: Indian fabrics are woven as complete textiles before cutting, making each product's pattern placement and texture distribution unique.
▸ Craftsmanship Variations: Minor differences between the actual product and website images may occur, reflecting the natural characteristics of handmade items.

Product Acceptance Standards

▸ Color Variations: Slight color discrepancies may exist due to screen display settings. The physical product received shall be considered the standard.
▸ Size Tolerance: Reasonable measurement errors of 1-2 centimeters may occur due to manual measuring.

Return and Exchange Policy

▸ All items sold are non-returnable/non-refundable (except for out-of-stock situations).
▸ Out-of-Stock Handling: In case of item unavailability, we will arrange an exchange plan with you via email/WhatsApp.

Special Reminder

Before purchasing, please ensure you acknowledge and accept the natural variations in handmade products. We cannot accommodate return/exchange requests for:
▸ Variances in fabric pattern placement
▸ Minor color or size deviations within reasonable tolerance.
▸ Minor imperfections resulting from handcrafting
