Delivery Policy

1. Domestic delivery

  • Our shipping partner, SF Express, offers you the speedy delivery service.  You can also choose to pick up at a collection from a SF Express service point, SF locker or deliver to your office.

  • For Hong Kong district, we offer free delivery service with any single purchase of HKD$1500 or above. 

  • Delivery fee will be subjected to the receiver if purchase below $1500 according to the SF Express delivery charge, please refer to the following reference (HKD):

  • Delivery service is available to most of the commercial, industrial and residential areas (does not include P.O. Box address and some of the restricted areas, for example those requiring closed road permits).

  • Delivery Time Estimates: 5-7 business days.


2. International delivery

  • Our shipping partner, HongKong Post, offers us a door-to-door international express service designed for customers delivering high-valued and medium-valued items with high time-efficiency requirement.

  • Our delivery options and costs may vary. View what's currently available at checkout.

  • Shipping costs will vary depending on the service selected, as well as the origin and destination of your chosen pieces.

  • Express delivery is available for all destinations and Standard delivery is available in some countries. All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout. 

  • Once your order has left us and is with HongKong Post, we will contact you via email to let you know when to expect the delivery and your tracking number. 

  • International express service charge will be subjected to the receiver at checkout.


3. Shipping Times

  • Express service for most of selected countries: delivery within 10-20 business days.

  • Please keep in mind, our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Macrame cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

  • Our orders delivered by HongKong Post.

4. Taxes and duties

  • Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Make sure you select the correct location to view the shipping costs.
